There are many great things about REAL ESTATE SALES. I love my
independence, flexible hours, control over my income and my home office /
no commute. I especially love meeting and assisting a great variety people.
I also enjoy hours at the computer researching property values.
For some these may seem like negatives. The flexible hours require
persistence and drive to stay focused without a boss providing deadlines.
Independence can be scary when you are new to a task. You come to this
career with training and skills to find what you need. You must seek out

can do always do things differently to create a greater income.
Home offices do not work for those who enjoy working in a social setting.

If you are considering transitioning into Real Estate Sales from another
career or if this is your first career. You will be very happy that you
considered this great profession. With real estate sales, there is training
and a long learning curve. You will be without income until your first sale
and you will need money to initially pay professional associations,
marketing expenses,
